To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Cancellation

If you have chosen a 3- or 6-months package, please note you can cancel it. Please call us at 91 7878790180 or write to us at [email protected] (10 am – 7 pm, Mon-Sat) to request a cancellation. Our experts will take care of this and process the cancellation request within 48 hours, and you will not be charged anymore after that. 

However, if you are charged for the next package cycle after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful, please let us know and we will refund the amount for the transaction. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. 

Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, the process will not be initiated. However, you can return the product for a refund and then request for cancellation. 

Refund Policy

For new users: After 7 days of using the products as directed, if you are not satisfied with the results, mail or call us to claim your money back. 

We will refund 100% of the amount back to you without asking any questions. No refund will be initiated before 7 days from the date of the order.

If you have ordered the product more than once, we assume that you are satisfied with the products and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Policy” is not applicable anymore. 

Refunds

In all the refund cases, the products both used or unused have to be sent back to us at the following address:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received. You will receive the amount within 7 business days from the date of receiving the returned products. If you have a Cash on Delivery order, the refund is made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.

Replacement

If you have received the product in a bad condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 91 7878790180 (10 am – 7 pm, Mon-Sat) or email us at [email protected]. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

For order cancellation, refunds, and replacement, our customer care team is happy to assist you.
